Darin Avery – Associational Mission Strategist

Darin began his role as Cleveland Hope’s Associational Mission Strategist in 2018. He gives strategic oversight to Cleveland Hope and seeks to foster gospel partnerships across the association and beyond. Darin is also the preaching pastor of Bridge Church at Perry, one of Cleveland Hope’s partner churches, where he has served since coming to northeast Ohio in 2006. A native of the Ozarks, after graduating from Missouri State University, he completed masters and doctoral degrees at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He and his wife Deborah have three kids: Landon, Emmaline, and Isaac.

Kathy Loseto – Administrative Assistant

Kathy Loseto began her role as Administrative Assistant with Cleveland Hope in 2019, but had been involved in our network for many years prior to that. A Northeast Ohio native, Kathy is active in the community, founding the ministry My Trunk Lifestyle and serving among the trustees of the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless. A mother of two adult sons, Kathy is active in her church, Gateway Church Old Brooklyn, which was planted by her son Tony Loseto.

Beth Loseto – Mobilization Coordinator

A graduate of Boyce College, Beth coordinates mission teams to serve alongside Cleveland Hope churches and assists Cleveland Hope churches with mission trip planning and logistical support in her role as Sending Teams catalyst. Familiar with the ins and outs of church planting and local church ministry, Beth’s husband Tony is the pastor of Gateway Church of Old Brooklyn, and together the Losetos are committed foster parents.

Todd Bolton - Pastor Encourager

Having served in various ministry and missions capacities, including a stint with the International Mission Board on the Arabian peninsula, Todd now pastors Willoughby Bible Church which he replanted several years ago with the North American Mission Board. A passionate connector with other ministry leaders Todd gives several hours each month to encouraging Cleveland Hope pastors and church planters as our Encouraging Pastors catalyst. He is married to Jennifer and together they have two adult kids and the great joy of being grandparents.

Executive Leadership team

Each October at our annual meeting Cleveland Hope churches send delegates to appoint representatives who will serve as our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for the coming year. The ELT meets every January, May, and September to hear reports, approve recommendations, grapple with major issues, and keep the staff team encouraged and accountable. Each Cleveland Hope church may seat one representative on the ELT.
